Project perspective
The design story
Maliview is grounded in the contrast between weight and openness. Stone gives the home permanence; larger openings, terraces, courtyards, and water connect that mass to light and distance.
Rather than treating landscape as a perimeter, the project uses it to shape arrival, outdoor rooms, thresholds, and the changing character of the home from day into evening.

Stone, plaster, glass, planting, and water create a language appropriate to the mountain setting.
Courtyards and terraces extend rooms while shaping privacy, movement, and view.
