The idea

The quietest room can carry some of the project’s hardest details.

A bathroom is experienced as atmosphere, but delivered through exact coordination. Glass, tile modules, niches, fixtures, lighting and millwork all meet within a small footprint, so every line is decided in the drawings.

Apel Design treats those technical decisions as part of the design, allowing the finished room to feel effortless rather than assembled.

Yes. Apel Design can address a single suite within a larger renovation or coordinate bathrooms throughout a complete residence.

Does Apel Design stay involved once construction starts?

Yes. Apel Design can lead an interior from the first sketch to the final placement, whether the house is delivered through our Design-Build practice or built by a contractor of the client's choosing, with the studio overseeing the interior work. On Design-Build projects, construction is by Creative New Dimensions Inc, in conjunction with Apel Design for Design-Build.

Selections and procurement coordination can be incorporated into the interior-design scope based on the needs of the project.
