Bakman Housing represents Apel Design’s commitment to applying design intelligence across different project economics. Affordable housing asks each decision to work harder, not for architecture to disappear.
The project supports a central studio principle: luxury residential sensitivity and multifamily discipline can strengthen one another when quality is understood as thoughtfulness, proportion, light, clarity, and dignity rather than cost alone.
