The design story
Spaulding Residences is a multifamily condominium building in West Hollywood and, with Huntley and Sweetzer, part of the studio’s sustained housing work in the city.
It also shows the value of Apel Design’s broader model. Multifamily planning, luxury residential sensitivity and interior experience are brought to bear on a small building, where every home has to earn its daylight, privacy and sense of arrival.
