Mintcello is a Mediterranean-inspired retreat, a villa that remembers the whitewashed villages of the coast without borrowing their postcards. The client asked for calm; we answered with proportion and shade.

Deep arcades carry the structure and cast moving shadow through the day. A central courtyard opens the plan to the breeze and shuts it down for the night, the way the old coastal houses do.

Lime-washed plaster, local stone, and pale oak form a quiet, sun-warmed palette. The villa feels older than it is, which is exactly the point.
